How do I request technical support?

Email support@citraone.com or use the contact form and choose Support. Include the system name, what happened, when it started, and how many people are affected. Your support agreement sets response times and escalation steps.

Can I reach Citra One on WhatsApp?

Yes. Message +1 (784) 531 0123 on WhatsApp for an enquiry or to share the context of an issue. For an urgent incident, also follow the escalation route in your support agreement. Never send passwords or private customer records.

What information should I include in a support request?

Share the affected system, the approximate time of the issue, any error message, recent changes, and the impact on your work. A screenshot can help if you remove confidential information first. Tell us whether the problem affects one person or the whole team.

What should I do if I lose account access?

Contact your organisation’s account administrator or our support team. Share your account email and the system name. We may need to verify your identity and approval before restoring access. Never share passwords or recovery codes.

How are urgent issues handled?

Describe the business impact clearly, especially if a critical service is unavailable or many users are affected. Use the incident contact and escalation steps in your agreement. Response and resolution commitments depend on the services you have arranged with us.

How can I check a service disruption?

Check the official status page of the affected provider, if available, and follow your internal incident process. Email support@citraone.com for help investigating your Citra One managed environment. Include which services and locations are affected.

How should we plan backups and recovery?

Identify the records and systems you cannot afford to lose. Agree how much data loss and downtime your business can tolerate, assign backup ownership, and schedule recovery checks. A successful backup needs a tested route to restoration.

Can you help with an existing system?

Yes, we can discuss an existing application, cloud environment, database, or network. We begin by understanding its setup, documentation, dependencies, and access arrangements so we can recommend a sensible next step.

Do you provide remote support?

Our work is based around remote collaboration. The support approach depends on your environment and agreement. Any remote access should be approved by your organisation, limited to the work required, and removed when it is no longer needed.

What should I do about a suspicious email?

Avoid opening attachments, following links, or replying. Use your organisation’s reporting process and contact support if you need help. If you already interacted with the message, tell your administrator promptly and describe what happened.

How do I request access for a new team member?

Ask an authorised manager or account administrator to confirm the person’s role, systems needed, and start date. Access should match their responsibilities. Arrange removal or adjustment of access when someone leaves or changes roles.

Can you help improve slow applications or databases?

We can review the symptoms, workload, queries, infrastructure, and recent changes. Tell us when the slowdown occurs and which tasks are affected. We use that context to identify likely causes and prioritise improvements.

How do updates and maintenance work?

We agree the scope, responsibilities, and any maintenance windows with your organisation. Changes should have appropriate checks, backups where needed, and a recovery plan. Support and maintenance coverage is described in your agreement.

How do I start a new project with Citra One?

Use the contact form to describe your organisation, the challenge, who will use the solution, and any timing or budget considerations. We start with a conversation, then work towards a clear scope and proposal before delivery begins.

Where should I send a job application?

Email careers@citraone.com with the role you are interested in, your CV, and relevant examples of your work. Read the role details on our Careers page so your application explains how your experience fits the opportunity.

NEED A HAND?
